Excellent follow up!

First of all, I must say we usually plan our trips ourselves with the help of TripAdvisor. However, this year we had an especially challenging trip to plan with 3 generations of people going ranging from less than 2 years to 50+ years old. We gave Terry the requirements. He came back with 3 very good options. He answered all our questions and made sure all details were set up in advance with the airlines and resorts. His continued followup was great.
